I believe that #ziglang is great language for game developers. It is much safer and expressive then C. Simple and intuitive. Productivity is really good, there is usually one way of doing things. It promises extremely fast iteration times with stage2 compiler. (1/n)

~4 months ago I have left highly-paid position at AMD to work on my own game. Happy to share that the game will be written in #ziglang. Once completed I will put most of its sources on github for everyone :)

I have been using RemedyBG (remedybg.itch.io/remedybg) for several months now. It is very fast, works fine with #ziglang and C/C++. I have uninstalled Visual Studio and Windows SDK a while ago (except WinDbg and Application Verifier). Remedy, PIX, Tracy, nvim are my main tools.
