Called like a dozen veterinarians today and not a single one is taking new patients. College grads: Seems like a good career choice to make if you are interested in medicine and like animals.

We all depend on a healthy hospital system. Surgeries that get pushed back will need even more intense treatment later. When unvaccinated, preventable, severe COVID cases are crowding out all else—that calls for strong policies to boost vaccination & end the pandemic.
Really serious situation in Massachusetts hospitals: thousands of patients are having surgeries delayed -- even for cancer -- because hospitals are so overwhelmed with the COVID surge bostonglobe.com/2022/01/14/m… via @BostonGlobe

They always tell you what they’re going to do. If you don’t believe it and think it’s a joke you’re a fool
Trump tells PA GOP why he is placing an emphasis on Supervisor of Elections races in 22: “We have to be a lot sharper the next time when it comes to counting the vote .. Sometimes the vote counter is more important than the candidate. They have to get a lot tougher and smarter.”

Very happy that Boston isn’t requiring a QR code for showing proof of vaccination. You can either show your physical CDC card or use this simple app, which just helps you easily find a photo of the card. Respect to good leadership!
Thanks to the hard work of @DoITBoston, we’re launching a #BTogether app—so you can quickly & seamlessly access proof of vaccination from your phone as you enter any business covered by B Together. App Store: apps.apple.com/us/app/b-toge… Google Play: play.google.com/store/apps/d…

In the northeast lots of people grow up skiing, not just rich people. Obviously it requires having extra disposable income, but plenty of middle class people in New England grew up skiing. If you’ve never tried it and you can, you should! It’s like flying.
People who grew up with money will look you in the eyes and ask you something insane like “do you ski?”

I mean, if money is what you care about. I personally would choose $10 million because I do not want to relive my childhood or adolescence. they were fine, I just don't want to do it again lol

It’s January 14th – the 14th day of the year. Already more Americans have died of COVID this year than died of homicide in all of 2020 (the last year for which homicide data is available).

a lot of successful people are extremely high on their own supply of bullshit quackery. you see this with super rich guys in many areas of life: sports, business, tech. they think because they're rich they are smart
