I just finished watching a movie called “The Tree of Life” and I think it was hands down the best movie I’ve ever seen.

It didn’t follow the typical exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution plot line. Instead, it was almost like I was watching a physical representation of the concept of existence play out among the finite characters of the movie.

I wish I were insightful enough to articulate my thoughts properly. Actually watching it would probably grant you a better idea of what I’m talking about. I really appreciate films with deeply abstract underpinnings. It’s hard to come by in contemporary media.

🐾 Even though I’m just a pup, I am pawsitively thrilled and over the moon by the guilty verdicts in #AhmaudArbery murder. I’m going to refrain from woofing exactly what I think of the three killers and their equally racist defense attorney. Awoooooof! - Major #BlackLivesMatter

As a Jew, I'm glad that the opinions of Germans about whether or not I can own firearms isn't relevant to me.
As a German I will never understand how on earth this kid can walk on open street with a gun😖

VP Harris has spent a majority of her career working to make our criminal justice system less equitable, policing less accountable, and prosecuting more abusive. The implication that someone rightly acquitted should be punished to atone for inequities she furthered is appalling.
Today’s verdict speaks for itself. I've spent a majority of my career working to make our criminal justice system more equitable. It’s clear, there’s still a lot more work to do.

I’m convinced 90% of people who are still asking the following questions didn’t even watch a couple hours of the trial: “How’d he get an AR-15?” “What was he doing there?” “Why’d he cross state lines?” “Why is the judge so biased?”

All of these questions were answered during the first couple days of the trial. People would know this if they actually WATCHED the proceedings instead of consuming everything their social media echo chambers told them. This verdict really shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone.

By the way, the judge could’ve thrown the entire case out multiple times but he didn’t. Save me the “biased judge” BS.

According to the CBO, Build Back Better increases deficits by $792 billion over the next 5 years. Spending is front-loaded and revenues (taxes) are back-loaded, so don’t count on it ever to balance. Instead, count on more debt, more resource misallocation, and more divisiveness.
